Seminar Details
During this seminar we will come together from all over Europe and enjoy the visit of our Guide, Daaji.
Despite the short notice, we do our best to make everything run smoothly.
The Ashram Team is delighted to welcome all of you.
We plan for two seminar batches of approximately 700 people each.
Daaji wishes to relax between the two batches and will not be available in between. It will not be possible to stay at the ashram during these resting days.
It will only be possible to join one of the two batches.
In his presence we will have the opportunity to deepen our practice, connect with like-minded, enjoy little practical tasks and experience his profound teachings.

Transportation
If you arrive by public transport:
On arrival and departures days there will be a shuttle bus to and from the bus-stop in Bryrup.
If you arrive in Billund airport you can take a taxi.
The price is approximately:
110 EUR/car (4 passengers)
140 EUR/9 seater (8 passengers)

Register for the Seminar
The registration process consists of 2 steps:
1) First, complete payment by following the link (will be provided soon).
2)Next, fill in the registration form for each adult and each child (link provided when payment is completed).
Your seminar registration and accommodation (if necessary)/food at Vrads Sande is only guaranteed once you have completed both these steps.
Seminar Fee
with You have the possibility to register in two different ways depending on your choice of accommodation.
Accommodation is limited, and is based on first come first served.
We will close this option as soon as we are at capacity.
Need accommodation:
Accommodation is in shared apartments, dormitories, sports halls with matresses on the floor, sleeping tents, your own tent or campervan and with locals. The capacity is limited.
- Adults and children aged 15 and above: 275 EUR
- Children 14 or younger: FREE (Please remember to fill in the separate registration form for each child in the link provided after completion of payment).
I take care of my own accommodation:
I You need to organize your own accommodation OUTSIDE OF THE MEDITATION CENTER (hotels, B&Bs, camp sites, camper vans, with locals, etc.
- Adults and children aged 15 and above: 200 EUR
- Children 14 or younger: FREE (Please remember to fill in the separate registration form for each child in the link provided after completion of payment).
Accommodation
Accommodation is in shared apartments, dormitories, sleeping tents and with locals, and the capacity is limited. Places will be assigned by the reception team, considering the special needs of families with small children, elderly people, and people with medical concerns.
If you come by car or rent a car, you may consider organizing your own accommodation outside the meditation centre. This would allow us to accommodate more people at the meditation centre who depend on it to be able to come.

What is the program of the seminar?
The program will be available on arrival.
Can I be there just for 2 days of the seminar?
Yes, but the seminar fee remains the same.
Is food included at the seminar if I take care of my own accommodation?
Yes, the 3 daily meals at the meditationcenter are included.
How do I get to the meditationcenter from the airport / train station?
Please see the section on transport.

Is wifi available in the meditationcenter?
Yes, there are zones with wifi in the meditationcenter.
Do I have to bring my own bedding?
Yes, please bring your own bedding/sleeping bag and a towel.
What will I need to bring?
Your own bedding/sleeping bag and a towel. Some warm clothes as the danish weather is known to be a bit unpredictable and possibly a jacket that can handle the rain. A diary. Any medication you may need.
What do I do if have special dietary needs?
Please let us know in comments when you register. There will be a gluten or lactose free option available for those who need it.
What is the currency in Denmark?
The currency is kroner, also called DKK in English and kr in Danish. You can use euro and credit cards in the meditationcenter but if you want to have cash, please remember to withdraw money at the airport or train station when you arrive, there are no ATM´s in the area around the meditationscenter.
Will I have to share a space with someone of the opposite sex in the meditationcenter?
The accommodation options designated by the meditationcenter; appartments, sleeping tents and dormitories, are separated in either only female or only male except for some places reserved for families.
Can I bring my dog?
No, the meditationcenter does not accommodate 4-legged friends or any other pets.

The Ashram will provide accomodation
With accommodation NOT included:
Please use this option ONLY if you organize your own accommodation, meaning you have made arrangements with some locals, you will rent a place or bring your own tent.
It is NOT possible to sign up without accommodation and then ask to have accommodation organized by the meditationcenter in the comments.
You will take care of your own accommodation.
